"Awesome Buy: Halo Dashcam"
Fantastic site, super easy to navigate through the products and info. I had a discount code that worked right away, and the savings were applied. Smooth transaction, and delivery was quick. I chose the Halo dashcam, popped in a 32GB micro SD, and set it up in about 20 minutes. The Halo App runs perfectly on my Android, and grabbing clips is a piece of cake. Totally recommend it!

"Subscription Date Not Updating on Pure"
I ran into an issue with my RA Pure not reflecting the new expiry date for my subscription. I submitted a support ticket and got a response pretty fast. The support rep, Manoj, was super helpful and resolved the problem in no time, much appreciated! Road Angel always delivers good service.

"Disappointing service and subpar products"
Honestly, just skip it. After purchasing the Road Angel Pro Halo front and rear dash cam, I ran into problems with the SD card, which meant it wouldn’t function at all. I reached out via email, phone, and even had conversations with three different folks to get a warranty replacement… but they all kept brushing me off, saying things like "we’ll handle it and send it out" and "give me until tomorrow afternoon, and I’ll send you tracking info." I’ve been waiting for over two weeks now, and still nothing. Made multiple calls. Zilch. Alex, Gopal, and Mane, the so-called 'customer service' team, clearly don’t understand what that means. If a company can’t manage something as simple as an SD card issue, I can only imagine the hassle I’d face if I had bigger problems needing a warranty claim.

As for the dash cam itself, it’s not worth the cash. It keeps losing ‘wifi’ connection, so recordings don’t even get saved.

Terrible customer support and lousy dash cams. Just steer clear.

"Road Angel Halo Pro Review"
I picked up the Road Angel Halo Pro dash cam for both front and rear from Costco, and the next day I grabbed a hard wire kit on Amazon. While I was installing it, I accidentally messed up the kit. I reached out to Support (Rory Booth and Alex Mangli) to let them know I thought the kit might be defective, and they sent me a replacement right away at no cost. After I installed the new one, I realized I had actually damaged the original kit myself during the installation. I contacted Road Angel to offer to pay for the replacement, but they told me it wasn't necessary! Their service was top-notch. The Halo Pro is working like a charm in my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace, and the installation was a breeze with no wires showing. I'm really happy to share a positive review for such a fantastic product and great customer support. Five stars all the way!

"Years of Frustration Finally Resolved with Snooper"
For many years, I relied on a Tomtom hgv satnav, but it was time for a change, so I picked up a new one in mid-December. The old device was outdated, and I found myself needing to update it. Unfortunately, the only support I could get was through email, and no one was available to explain things to me. To make a long story short, I ended up returning two satnavs and was told I needed to change my email and WiFi settings to make their device work.

Then I decided to try a Snooper S6900 truckmate from Amazon. When I called to register it, I was pleasantly surprised to actually speak to a real person! Bhairav Mane was the one who helped me, and he was a total lifesaver. He spent a good chunk of the day working with me, and since I’m not the best with computers, I had to pause yesterday. This morning, I was still facing issues, but he managed to get me a fully updated satnav. I can’t express how grateful I am; he’s an incredible technician and customer support rep. Nothing seemed too much for him. So, big thanks to Bhairav and Snooper for their old-school approach to customer service—truly top-notch! I won’t be looking anywhere else for my future satnav needs.

"Windscreen Mount Fails to Deliver"
I purchased a new windscreen mount, but it didn’t include a sticky pad, which is just ridiculous. I left a negative review here, and then Road Angel called me to ask me to update it, saying they would send me a sticky pad. Well, guess what? They never sent it, so that’s why I’m still giving a bad review. Don’t make promises you can’t keep; it’s just not right.

"Donna Delivers Exceptional Service"
I’m writing this for the first time to give a shoutout to the amazing service I’ve gotten from Donna at Road Angel. Her phone skills and willingness to help are truly commendable, both for her and the company. My order numbers 1328100 and 399070 were a bit tricky since I’ve been dealing with some health issues, but now that I’m back on my feet, I can say Donna has always been there for me, never losing her cool and always cheerful. Also, today I got assistance from Rory, another polite and capable young person. I’ve relied on Road Angel many times, and that’s why I really hope anyone reading this gives them a try. Best, Colin.

"Lacking Usage Details"
There’s a real shortage of info on how to operate this product. I figured there’d be some instructions available online, but nope, not even on the Road Angel website. Now I’m stuck with a camera that snaps a still whenever it feels like it and captures 10-second video clips in the same random manner. What I really wanted was for it to record continuously while I’m driving.

"A Loyal Road Angel Customer"
I've been a fan of Road Angel gear for ages and just misplaced my Touch. Customer Service got back to me super quick today, and the fantastic Manoj was awesome at disabling the Touch, moving my subscription to my old Pure One, and ordering a new Touch without a hitch.
